1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days within Spain, depending on the carrier and its logistics.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before preparation or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need an additional product, you must place a new order.

If you wish to cancel an already shipped order, you must follow the return process once the package is received.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

You must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, attaching photos or videos of the problem.

After evaluating the case, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the corresponding shipping costs.

5. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

6. How to download the invoice?

To contribute to environmental care, we do not issue paper invoices by default. All invoices are available in digital format (PDF) and can be downloaded from your account.

The process is very simple:

    * Access your placed orders;
    * Click on the “Download Invoice” button at the bottom of the order to get the PDF;
