1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days within Spain, depending on the carrier and its logistics.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before preparation or shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify or cancel it.
If you need an additional product, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must follow the return process once the package is received.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Defective or incorrect products

You must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, attaching photos or videos of the problem.
